Confirm that all grades and degrees have been posted to your record. Check the accuracy of your name. Complete a Name Change form if your name is incorrect. Confirm that you have no outstanding financial obligations to the university. Official Transcripts are a comprehensive record of your academic progress to date printed on security paper that includes markers for authenticity.

They are produced by the UWF Registrar's Office and obtained at the request and written authorization of release by the student. Attachments must be uploaded when you place your transcript order through Parchment. If the Office of the Registrar needs to complete the information requested on the attachment, please forward the attachment to registrar uwf.

Once completed the form will be emailed back to you and you may include it when you place your transcript request online.

If you have a "hold" on your student record, you will be notified via your UWF email account. When your order is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. If you don't receive confirmation, please contact the Office of the Registrar at registrar uwf. If you place your order early and ask us to hold your transcript until your grades or degrees are posted, we will mail the transcripts being held for degrees approximately two 2 weeks following graduation.

That is when the degrees and honors have been checked for accuracy. Transcripts being held for grades will be mailed approximately one 1 week after final grades are posted at the end of each semester. Please Note: Transcripts will reflect grades 2 business days after the course ends, however, the GPA reflected is preliminary. If a transcript is ordered early and the final GPA and Academic Standing are not updated, you will have to order another copy at your own expense.

Due to security reasons, there is no way to change the email or mailing address once you have placed an order. If you want to change the destination, contact the Office of the Registrar email: registrar uwf.

Please note the order cannot be canceled after it has been delivered to the recipient. All transcript orders are placed online. Our transcripts are complete records of your entire enrollment at UWF, and would also include any transfer credits accepted if you attended UWF as an undergraduate student.

We do not reflect transfer credit for students who attend UWF only as graduate students. If you completed undergraduate work at UWF, we cannot issue partial transcripts of just your graduate work. The Transcript page is found in Student Data Grades in the navigation menu. Select the student to print the transcript for. The Report Viewer will allow you to Download or View the transcript.

To select a particular Transcript Definition to be printed click on the TDF drop down and select the transcript definition. For example, above COL is selected for College transcripts. Transcripts can be printed after transcript definitions have been set up in the Transcript Definitions form.
